Most Popular Statutory Health Insurer of 2025

In the customer survey conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), we achieved the highest ratings for customer satisfaction among the statutory health insurers in the survey and, as a result, have received the title “Most Popular Statutory Health Insurer” – for the seventh time in a row. This is both an affirmation and source of motivation for the future. The affirmation that you appreciate what we offer. And the motivation to keep doing our best for you and to impress you with our one-to-one consultancy.

About the survey: The online survey included a total of 2,414 ratings from people who are insured with a statutory health insurance provider. The panel survey focused on the opinions of policyholders on the categories of service, range of benefits, reliability and transparency. In addition, the willingness to recommend and customer annoyances were included in the overall rating. In the individual evaluation, all companies on which at least 100 insured persons had expressed an opinion were taken into account. This applied to 23 statutory health insurers.

The result is: SBK scored particularly well with policyholders in the area of benefits (1st place). Service and transparency were also impressive. According to the survey, the proportion of annoyances is remarkably low. A high willingness to recommend the company to others also contributes to the positive overall picture. For us, this is confirmation and an incentive to continue to give our best and guarantee the high quality of our services and offers. One thing is certain: when it comes down to it, we are one thing above all - on your side.
